Highly recommended. Been using this for a few years to clean vinyl records and it does a great job.

Audiophiles are the funniest ever customers for their gear. They somehow manage to justify a $500 machine that cleans a little dust off a record and will manage to claim that it made all their records sound so much better 😁

You guys are missing the mark here; the idea is to buy the device and sell the service to those people.

Well, dusty records make weird popping noises, so cleaning dusty records do objectively sound better. $500 isn't a lot in the vinyl hobby, once you get into MC cartridges, they basically start at $500.

You don't need to be an audiophile to want to play clean records.

Anything similar but NOT $500? Maybe in the $100 to $200 range?

Dilute Dawn Powerwash with distilled water and dip lint free cloth to make it wet. Circle the cloth multiple times on the vinyl. Wash away with distilled water. Let it air dry for a day. I have cleaned all my records this way & no more pops. I buy only used records and this has definitely helped. Each time you play your record, place it on the TT and brush it. Use a gel to clean the stylus.

Now, remember this is Vevor, so your warranty probably won't be honored past the 30 day Amazon return window - but kids on the 'budget audiophile' group love this thing. It does not come with any directions, so hit up some videos on Youtube.

No, but you need to call yourself one to convince your partner this is money well spent 😜

I always thought Discwasher was the way to go. Original company went bust, but found this https://a.co/d/0dQhY7ga

how's about to build a "dust free" room and protective gears to handle the records? may be I'm still uncivilized.

I was curious if YouTuber techmoan reviewed this item and he did 4 years ago , perhaps they made upgrades since then? https://m.youtube.com/watch?is=CZ...e=youtu.be

I use this Vevor ultrasonic cleaner on my vinyl and it works great! And you can use it for more than just cleaning your records.

Yeah, a few years back Guitar Center had the Discwasher D4 with the Walnut handles on clearance for $7, so I bought three of them.

I just thought GC was not going to carry them anymore, not that Discwasher was going out of biz.
