The art, enemies and bosses are better in the first one, but the traversal movement and exploration is smoother in the second one imo

I played the 2nd one first and found it to be very enjoyable it so I bought & played through the first one as well. I can't be certain but I think I liked the 1st one more. Both are definitely underrated & these games should rank very high ppl' metroidvania tier list
