It was very effective for me, even though I only used a tiny bit (gel goes much faster for me than the 72 hour Degree solid). After about 24 hours, I can no longer smell the scent, but it still prevented BO for a while, when i had to go without a shower one day (& I exercise for about 2 hours every day, including riding an, exercise bike for 90 mins). I would buy it again,, especially on sale, FWIW.
