Anyone with experience have an opinion about this unit? Currently, I'm using the 630cfm 80v handheld for blowing leaves & sticks off the roof.

Purchased this with batteries and charger when it went on sale for $379 in March. I've have a couple of 80v handhelds but this backpack model is a beast. Serious power and decent battery life with the dual 4 Ah batteries. It's heavy and bulky, but very comfortable to use once you strap it on. The waist band supports most of the weight and both the throttle and Turbo mode can be locked on. I love it! Definitely suggest the two battery + dual charger bundle if you can get it at a good price.

This one is crazy powerful. Straps are nicely padded and comfortable. While using the turbo feature it sounds like a jet airplane. Very high pitched whine. Better than gas but more than the Ryobi, Hart and Powerworks units.

As others have said this one is super powerful. I bought the tool only for $149 in the spring. Replaced the first gen 80v backpack blower and this one blows that one away (no pun intended)

I bought this unit on a sale last year w/the batteries. I have much of the 80v ecosystem, including the attachment capable weed eater, edger, hedge trimmer, 16" chainsaw, pole saw, 550 and 800MPH leaf blower, old push mower and self propelled.
This unit is bulky and not ideal for my use. It's difficult to store with it being so big and awkward. So plan ahead on where you want to store it.
Of all the 80v purchases, this is my least favorite. Its powerful, but it's bulk motivated me to buy the new 800MPH blower when it was on sale.
I do have batteries still working from 2018. But I don't expect them to last much longer which in part motivated this purchase.

I wanted to get this backpack blower when it was on sale last time but I didn't think it would fit me since I'm 650 lbs. I went with the Kobalt 80V 800cfm 200mph handheld blower when it was on sale and I'm very happy with it. It's light and balanced with the 80V 4Ah battery and the most powerful blower I've ever used.
