The HSS is also a good deal if you are okay with the finish. I have it in Dark Night and though I would not consider myself a typical Fender fan, I find myself reaching for this guitar all the time. The neck pickup sounds amazing, which may be expected. But, the humbucker bridge pickup really gets the job done too.
