I purchased this exact deal at the end of April and traded in an unlocked Samsung A54. Unfortunately, the trade-in company evaluation team made an error and processed it as a locked phone, only crediting me half the estimated amount.
It took both phone calls and emails to Motorola customer service to get it sorted out. While the reps were very friendly and kind, the internal approval process took a full month just to get my missing credit with several emails.
Just a heads-up to keep a close eye on your tracking, as expecting potential delays or valuation discrepancies may require diligent follow-up.
