Highly recommend the SteamDB browser add-on, it gives price history and 3rd party sale options as well as lots of useful extra info right on store pages. Also shoutout to SWAPMEAT, one of the few new games on the list, just getting going with it but so far it's been a lot of ridiculous co-op fun and with surprisingly well put together story content, gameplay has vibes of Megabonk and Risk of Rain.

I highly recommend gg.deals website.
I use it for my wishlist now, so I can see if it's cheaper on other store fronts. It has price history
You can set custom alerts too.

*It was also 'free' on Microsoft years ago (or another service equally as useless...).

I don't think this is it.
