My cons with this set is that the trimmer is not changeable and so far I cannot find a compatible replacement string head.

What exactly do you mean with "the trimmer is not changeable and so far I cannot find a compatible replacement string head"?
I have replaced the string multiple times without issue. I used this video as a guide:

1/4 acre and it used to take 1.5 charges to mow, trim and blow. Now it takes about 2 full batteries of charge. You don't want the glass to get too tall or the mower can struggle unless you do two cuts and then it leaves lots of grass. I mulch as the bag is small and fills way too fast. Not letting grass get to tall is key.
I love the tools and would never go back to gas. The trimmer uses .6 standard trim line and the dual fast charger is a great time saver when I need just a little more juice to get things done. I have never needed the single charger.
My daughter has the Ryobi 40V and it struggles and is not the quality of the Greenworks IMHO.
Just check the price of replacement batteries between 60V and 80V because you will need them eventually. It's usually cheaper to get a bundle than to buy individually.
Hope this helps.
