Not Energy Star rated, so very unlikely. Keep looking. Though this will fit in a narrow window as small as 16" wide according to the product page.

It's got a 15 SEER and fits in a narrow opening with mechanical controls meaning it can be controlled with a smart plug. Good for keeping the shed or equipment room cool automatically.

You joke, but these are super easy to rig up with some relays to a smart thermostat. I have an older ecobee that runs one of these units in my work shed. It only kicks on if I'm in the shed due to the proximity sensor or if it gets above 88 degrees. I also have a garage heater I modified that is also controlled the same way just on the heating side since the shed had 220 (it was the old owners wood working space.) Bought the AC unit for $80 on an old sale and the heater $75 in an open box deal. Relays and conduit and my time cost me more than the main components but I like stuff like this so I was happy to do it. Anyway.... sometime 1980 tech can be useful!
