Though it seems like VIPOUTLET does have some official connection to Walmart as their liquidator. They have a storefront on ebay too and their open box stuff is ebay certified. We'll have to wait and see what comes 😅

VIPOUTLET seems to be an authorized 3rd party reseller of Walmart and they probably have a direct connection to Walmart to source items from them so I don't think they would screw up this relationship and do something like this. This was probably agreed to by Walmart.
