I really don't get it. I was on pre order list via Anker , ordered June 2 early bird for a special price $600 and all this for waiting for a month (still waiting for my unit) while they sell on Amazon for the same price with faster delivery... like wtf

I reached out to Anker. My AC ports on this keep shutting off after a few minutes of having an air conditioner plugged in. And this is after the compressor has already been running for a few minutes averaging 750-800 watts. So I don't know what the issue is. I might end up returning it.

Read manual, it might be related to overdrawing when the AC unit powers ON? Idk this is not high surge station

Yeah that was ridiculous. I got my Anker unit yesterday and my Amazon one a week ago

According to the app, it can handle surges up to 1900 watts. This AC has already had its initial startup surge and has been running with the compressor on for a few minutes at a consistent 750-800 watts. This makes me hesitant to use it at a refrigerator backup as well, considering that's in a lot of their advertising.

Shows $680 for me. Checking the price history it doesn't look like it was never at $600. Anyone else have success with this?

How long we're expecting this to run an 800 watt air conditioner?

Saw this and having just got mine last week and not really putting it through any hard tests yet, figured I should. I used the Hisense U-shaped window AC from Costco, so it has an inverter motor that can vary its speed. The highest pull I saw on the Anker's display was 615W while it was going hard for the initial cooldown. This was probably for about 10 minutes and then it throttled back a bit and settled in around 350-400W for the rest of the cooling cycle. I ran it for an hour total and the S2000 didn't miss a beat. I don't even think the fan came on.

So, long story short, maybe yours is defective and needs to be exchanged. Or maybe it doesn't like your AC unit. Either way, I hope you get it sorted out. This seems like a great power station for the price!

$0.30/Wh

How does it compare with Gendome's 3072Wh LiFePO4 Power Station for $0.23/Wh ?

Kinda underwhelming with only 1500W output and 1900W surge... I would imagine lots of appliances (fridges, small ACs) that this is supposed to support, would give issues.
Delta 2 max on the other hand outputs 2000W and 4800W surge. And has been pricing near $600 or even Lowe's sometimes this year.

I did early bird with Anker and got burned. Never again. On top of that, in two months we'll see this hit $550. I can almost guarantee it.

So far, reviews of this (admittedly sponsored) put it at the top of the pack for running a fridge in a power outage. Supposedly very efficiency and extremely low idle power consumption. Biggest advantage is how small it is
