The Fanttik A10 Pro is a compact digital tape measure that shines for quick, precise indoor measurements and area calculations, with built in reference points and a handy laser level. It is described as easy to use and well designed, and the 9.8 foot tape is enough for many room, drawer, and box jobs where exact fractions matter. The main limits are the short tape length and the laser, which can be hard to see in bright sunlight and seems better suited to shaded indoor spaces. The retractable tape and rounded end also draw criticism, making it a niche tool for close range measuring.

- Need to draw a long straight line? Just use a regular tape measure
- Need to swag out six-ish feet? Same
- Need to know exactly how long that dresser or box is? How wide the inside of a drawer is? How tall your kid is? This gives you a precise reading instantly. No squinting at the tape and trying to figure out which line is 1/8" and which is 1/16", vwip, measure, read, done
I haven't used the laser much but there's no way something remotely in this price range goes 165' outside. It'll work fine in a shaded garage / basement.Sign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
thanks for important input
green lasers are brighter and can be seen easily in bright sunlight but i don't know if any company makes those for cheap

I've tried to use the Bosch outside for taping out half a volleyball court distance (29.5 ft) for kid to practice serving, or for measuring for landscaping and retaining wall projects. Those are longer than a 20 to 25 ft tape measure in one go. Usually I'll use the laser to measure out about 20' accurately, and then a tape measure from that spot for the rest of the distance....
I uses code frankpa10.
