Double-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks hot up to 4 hours or cold up to 10 hours - very optimistic assumptions on time considering that the lid is not insulated at all.
Includes leak-proof slide lid for commuting and splash-proof sip lid for home/office use - can't tell if there's really any difference between the lids just from pictures but I honestly don't see this mug being a good commuting mug as it will not fit into cup holders.
Made from BPA-free, food-grade 304 stainless steel with wide mouth for easy cleaning - I honestly don't know why they need to claim BPA free... its like the stupid gluten-free water... And in case anyone is wondering, there's no such thing as "food grade" anything with metals that make it safer. It either meets metal content specs to be called 304, 300-series, or 316 series stainless or it doesn't. When the FDA says an item is food-grade, it means that the substance during accepted use will not leech, harbor bacteria, or otherwise be harmful to be in contact with food. For metal items, that means it'll be polished/milled such that it'll be easily washable.
Premium powder coating provides non-slip, sweat-free grip and prevents condensation - sure... let's go with the idea that powder-coating prevents condensation rather than the insulation design.
Reusable design reduces waste for a greener lifestyle - they probably needed another bullet point because 4 is too anemic?
