I have two fiskers 28" vs 21.5here that I love. Thumb size branches struggle it's the max. Finger size are what you are aiming for with this. Smaller than drinking straw size is less effort with one hand clippers unless up high out of reach.

Deal was dead at Walmart but alive at Target as of June 30 when I was considering it, now both dead.

I have a similar Fiskar PowerGear2 25" that I paid $19.25 even after 30% off clearance at Target in 2019. You can't easily find a non-geared/levered looper at $14 so this is a great deal (though usually I prefer using non-leveraged lopper unless necessary).
