Just found this deal for a DCK248D2 Drill/Driver & Impact Driver Multi-Tool Kit set, and it's probably one of the best deals on a starter DeWalt's 20V Max XR set that I've seen. It's 169.99 in store at Bomgaars.

In the DCK248D2 set you get:
DCD800 Drill/Driver
DCF887 Impact Driver
DCB112 Charger
DCB203 2 Ah batteries (2)
Yellow DeWalt Bag
Compared to other deals for DeWalt tools for the exact same price:
https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWAL.../322138483 - 169.99
DCK225D2 set - Comes with DCD794 Drill/Driver, DCF809 Impact Driver and the same charger and batteries
https://www.northerntool.com/prod...d2-6306001 - 169.99
DCK227D2 set - Comes with DCD793 Drill/Driver, DCF840 Impact Driver and the same charger and batteries
The Bomgaars set is a set of MAX XR tools, while the Home Depot and Northern Tool sets are the Atomic or MAX tools. I found this comparison on Reddit:

The DCK248D2 appears to be a step up in performance, particularly with its higher RPM drill and the powerful DCF887 impact driver, placing it in the higher-end of DeWalt's cordless tool offerings.
While the DCK225D2 (Home Depot) emphasized compactness (ATOMIC series), the DCK248D2 in the XR series focuses more on delivering professional-grade power and runtime.
Compared to the DCK227D2 (Northern Tool's), the DCK248D2 features a drill with a higher top speed. The impact drivers have comparable high torque, but the DCF887 offers the added versatility of three speed settings.

I don't think you can go wrong with any set, but for the exact same price, the Bomgaars set is a better quality set IMO.

If I'm trying to start from scratch with Dewalt should I return it and wait for a 6- tool bundle kit ?

I think you'll be fine, but you have to do what makes you happy.

Edit: At the very least, if you don't need one of the above tools or the box you can sell them on Marketplace for at least $100. If you were to sell the saw, multi-tool, angle grinder, sander and the travel box you'd make back $500 and still end up with a 2ah and 5ah battery, a driver and drill and make your money back. Spend an extra $20 getting a Sofrin Hs41 headlamp so you can work in low light conditions or shine the light on imperfections if you are drywalling, painting, working in attics, plumbing, etc. If you want to take it a step further spend another $30 for a Makita impact set, and another $20 for some decent drill bits. This would get you a good starting kit for most work you'd need to/want to do while still leaving room/money to grow your kit while still being able to pick and choose when you want to jump on the next deal.
