Avoid these like the plague!!
I have a complete homekit setup at home so I was excited for these bulbs at ~4.50 a pop. They are absolute pieces of sh|t!
The pairing process was really painless, but after that, everything went downhill. Putting 2 bulbs in my ceiling fan light, one light sometimes responds while the other does not. I tell it to change light to red, and one stays blue, there other red.
I tell Siri to turn off office light and it says "hmmm this is taking too long. I didn't hear from the device".

If you buy this, make sure to extensively test it so you don't get stuck with bulbs that do not work!

Sounds like you have wifi issues. How old is your router? I have 15 of these around my house. On older wifi (5?), I occasionally had minor flakiness. Rock solid since I updated to wifi 7 in December.

How do they act after power outage? (Feit electric SUCKS)
You can choose - on, previous state (on or off), on at custom brightness level. I do on at 100% brightness for the grandparents in my house that flip wall switches like plebs.

Are these any better than Feit Bulbs from Costco, which are cheaper than this?

The Costco ones are all going nuts after a power outage - and it can be a full blown disaster if no one is home (travel)

As of right now, the deal is still active. This came at a good time, as I have a few older smart bulbs that need replacing. As a bonus, Amazon had same day delivery for free without the minimum order.

I just purchased a second batch of these after spending some time setting up 8 of the bulbs that I purchased last week from this deal. Pairing with Google Home is a pain and sometimes took 5 or more attempts before a bulb would pair. Once they are set up though, they seem to work well.

The button included with this pack is not Matter compatible and only appears to work with the AiDot app. The button comes pre-paired to the bulbs, and the instructions for unpairing/pairing to specific bulbs are nearly useless but I figured it out so I will try to explain here for anyone else struggling with this.

This can all be done without the AiDot app, I set all of my bulbs up through Google Home and can also use the button with them after setting it up.

- To unpair a light I performed the factory reset instructions (shut the bulb off and on 6+ times until it goes through the red-blue-green colors and then pulses twice, which means the bulb is now in pairing mode).
- Next, I added the bulbs to my Google Home by scanning the matter code on the bulb.
- Now to pair the button to specific bulbs (you may want to factory reset the button first by opening the battery compartment and holding down the reset button if this step doesn't work). Click the button three times until it starts flashing a red light. Go to your bulb you wish to link and turn it off and back on. After a moment it the light bulb should pulse twice and the button should stop flashing. Test the button out and see if it can control the bulb.
- repeat the previous step with any bulbs you want to link, making sure to triple click the button to enter pairing mode each time. The button should now control a group of bulbs.

I'm glad it wasn't just me then because the value proposition at $5 per bulb and compatibility with Home Assistant/Homebridge (Tuya based so I set them up on SmartLife app instead of the Feit app) convinced me to invest ~60+ bulbs before power outages made me return at least a quarter of them thanks to costco's return policy (multiple return trips made me switch warehouses). My local warehouses haven't carried them in over a year, good riddance

I may be misunderstanding smart bulbs at large, but do they try to connect back to report data/network information like smart TVs do?

FYI - I have these and when the power goes out and back on they're blinking bright white, it's quite annoying.

IME so far the best wifi smart bulbs are made by Wiz.
