I'm not sure if their policy had changed, but previously you could stack additional years onto an existing account.
I think this was my 3rd time stacking 2yr 15 device onto my account and it was a huge hassle. It didn't stack this time (maybe it was something i did), but it made a second 15 device plan on the same account.

Had to go back and forth with CS for a few days (with some finger pointing) and had to provide them with invoices and activation codes for the previous purchase inorder to have them stack it.

I like the service, maybe it was something i did....but was a bit of a pain.

I was able to stack on the dashboard just now with no issues. Sorry to hear about your experience.

Just curious if this was your first time stacking 2 years. When I was digging into the T&C I think I remember reading that you can extend up to 5yrs, this was 6 years for me I believe.


It could also just have been something I did wrong

I think it has to do when you have Total Security vs Internet Security and the number of devices. I think if there's any difference in the version it does that. I'm too scared to try so wait until the last month or two and hope something pops up lol

Forgive me for not knowing .. and I don't want to assume anything.. up until recently you didn't need an antivirus for android cell phones.. is this still the case? If it is beneficial for cellphone usage, does this help w spam calls? I'm going to put this on my computers and if it is beneficial, put it on my cell phones.. ty...

It never hurts to put multiple layers of security on your devices to make it harder for attackers to penetrate. I say install it.

That's what I'm about to do. Crap! I wonder if I should just let the internet security expire and then install the Total Security? I'm not a techie and anything goes wrong and I'm done!
