Some devices require 20V capability to charge. Some 45W chargers only do 15V/3A. This one does 20V/2.25A though, so it'll be fine for those cases..

That's incorrect - this absolutely supports Super Fast 2.0. I also have a S25 Ultra and I bought this exact charger and just double checked a second ago... my phone was charging at SF 2.0.
Check your cable... some crap USB C cables might cause a bottle neck. I'm using a brand new Ainope C2C cable rated at 240w.
Bought this charger for $14.99 less than two months ago. Prime Day deals are a joke. That being said this charger is built solid, small, doesnt get too hot, charges my iPhone 17 Pro Max fast
This is one of the smallest form factors in a 45w charger I've seen, esp with folding prongs and PPS 3.1 (which in Samsung, should support Super Fast Charging 2.0)... let alone a decent brand name like Belkin and only $13. I noticed UGREEN has a similar model (better looking, actually) but it's $18, which is almost 40% more. I've got so many effen chargers, but given the size and price, I ended up buying this one, as well.
One other side note; I noticed it uses thermal protection, has a fire resistant case, and even integrates its own surge protection.
Ugh. I'm tempted, but 2 of the 1-star reviews say the PPS specs on Amazon are wrong and that the device only goes from 5-16V... Thoughts?
Does charging at 20v vs 16v make a big different? I don't know what different PPS does.
