Community Reviews
Lowe's Father's Day eGift card promo pairs a $100 or $200 purchase with a bonus digital card, and the bonus can reach $40 on the $200 tier. The cards arrive fast, often within a minute, and can be loaded into the Lowe's app wallet or used like regular Lowe's gift cards. The main snag is checkout reliability, with repeated cancellations, authentication failures, and device or browser quirks. The bonus is also limited quantity and email delivered after purchase, so timing matters.

I was able to get a card this time through the deal. I again received the security message and then received the text from my car company asking me if I initiated that transaction and I replied back Yes I did and then they messaged back saying they would unfreeze the card and to try the transaction again. This time I was successful getting a card. Tried calling your card company and see if there's a hold on the card for suspected fraud use and if so, tell them what you're trying to do and ask them to lift it so you can try again.. You might be successful the next time you try. Last year one of the card companies told me that these messages are popping up probably because gift cards are used a lot and fraud schemes and they're trying to combat that and this is one of the methods they use to do so.
Edit - just now seeing the limit for basically $200 / $40 max per household... lame.

Just used the cc I always use for Lowes purchases online. Not sure why anyone is getting their order canceled.

You can always sign up for a Lowes credit card (if you don't already have one), and you'll get $100 off when you sign up.
But if your carport project is over $2000, and you're a Pro Member, you can get the VSP (Value Savings Plan) pricing. They take off 5-30% off your entire order. It's auto generated, for all the items you ordered, but at least it helped. I just put on a new roof, and added some insulation to make it over $2000 and mine averaged 6.4% off. Some things were 5%, some were 17%, but it shows you the average of 6.4% on mine. But it's $2000 minimum these days to get that price.
Good luck with the carport!
