Costco also changed the vendor for their kirkland diapers in the past year or so and it caused a major purchasing shift as a result. The formulation of their new diapers leads to rashes for a lot more babies than it did before. No diaper is perfect for every baby, but lots of us-- my family included-- stopped being able to get Kirkland diapers, which was -the- cheap but quality diaper for many years.
