So just start checking out (with any quantity), and at the final payment screen you can adjust the quantity to 4 (lower left of screen under the item).
It ends up cheaper than Costco/Sam's/Target deals, especially if you reach the 15% subscribe and save threshold.

It's not allowing it.
You have to click the "REDEEM" button on the product page or enter the code STOCKUP33 on the checkout page. I took screenshots and added them to the OP for extra clarity.
If you've already used the coupon, the button won't show. But regardless, you can absolutely change the quantity to 4 still on the checkout screen.
I wish people would stop thumbing this down, so others might get in on this deal before it expires. Because the potential $6.xx each is super slick, and $8 per is not bad either.
