They added a 3 per customer limit.. it requires 4 for the discount.

So just start checking out (with any quantity), and at the final payment screen you can adjust the quantity to 4 (lower left of screen under the item).
It ends up cheaper than Costco/Sam's/Target deals, especially if you reach the 15% subscribe and save threshold.
