Per the specs it's a 500W motor with a 1000W peak for takeoff. Most reviewers say it tops out at 20mph, and if it's anything t like the EB-M1, then 20 is accurate. https://manuals.plus/asin/B0DXPRM67J

Be sure to get insurance if it is offered. Cheap ebikes are often cheaply packaged so shipping damage is more likely.

They advertise it as 1000W and 21.7 mph, which would not be a Class 2.

It's literally right there in the link for you to read. I'm not going to split hairs let alone continue on with someone who wants to remain ignorant.

He's referring to the fact that it is 7.8 amp hours instead of 8 amp hours. Amp hours gives you an estimate of how much time of performance you can expect out of a battery. Basically if you were to just use the throttle on this, full blast the entire time, and never pedal, you'd get about 45 minutes of runtime based on the battery's Watt hour rating of 374.4 and the maximum run of the motor at 500 Watts. Again, that's IF you never touch the pedals and you're constantly on the throttle full blast, both unlikely because you'll go down declines when you don't want the throttle on etc. If you put it into pedal assist mode which is far more likely, the run time increases. For instance let's say you only run the motor at 250 watts because you're assisting the motor by pedaling, now you're looking at 1 hour 30 minutes of runtime. I have a battery that's the same watt hours as this, I'm able to get approximately 40 miles per charge while using pedal assist level 1 and averaging about 17 miles per hour. That's the bigger EB-M1 bike too, so this bike may outperform what I have by a little.
