Are tools bought from this website factory blemished still eligible for the Ridgid LSA?

Yes. I can confirm since I just registered several "factory blemished" tools from the previous DirectTools sale and LSA is now attached to each in my online Ridgid "Toolbox".
Tip: Sometimes I have had to send them an email through their "email us" link because a PDF of the receipt often gets corrupted when uploading the receipt through their LSA process. They respond and are quick to fix it. The pdf goes all black when you view it after uploading so it can't be viewed and LSA doesn't get attached to the tool. I have since switched to uploading a jpg of the receipt and the receipt no longer gets corrupted on upload. LSA is usually attached to the tool in the following week or two.

I have had similar issues. It wasn't long ago that you could chat and have these issues taken care of in literal minutes. Now you have to call and play the script game, answer a bunch of unrelated questions and it's a 10 minute process sometimes. I will try the jpg route next time, thank you
