Why do some of them take forever for the winter to be drawn. There's some of them that still say the drawing is still going and it's been months. I'm just curious does anybody else have this issue or how? How does that work?

But to answer your question:
Potential winners are notified via email and Slickdeals private message.
Once a selected winner has confirmed their eligibility and provided the required contact information for prize delivery, the Daily Draw page for that giveaway is updated to display their name as the confirmed winner, so you can flip through past giveaways and check out who won.
If the selected winner doesn't respond, isn't eligible, or requires additional follow-up, the winner announcement may be delayed while we complete the process or select a new winner.
