I felt ripped off by Ego that they didn't include this blade with their mowers. The lift on this blade is still not comparable to a gas mower but it's much better than the stock blade. Lots of unevenness in the lawn from the stock blade the day after mowing as the depressed grass by the wheels would perk up.

Would this be comparable with other electric mowers of the same size or are they proprietary fit somehow?

They *can* be proprietary. It feels like about half of them fit and half of them don't. My Ryobi 20" uses a Greenworks 20" high lift blade, for instance. Best bet is to read reviews and see if someone else has already tried it on your mower.

Well fuch me, I need the *20"* https://a.co/d/0b4kAHzo blade for my 2016 ego power mower which is still running strong and 100% problem-free (and on the *original* 5.6W battery) I am very happy to say. That 20" 'high-lift" blade (which I would actually love and did not know existed!) Is now $36, having *just* jumped up from $25 where it's been for many years according to CCC., ffs 🙄 Not slick. 😕

Our 21" 800 series came with this blade as well as the mulching and extended runtime lower blades... The mulching is the only one I've ever used because I can't stand bagging that crap.

Not sure why you're getting thumbs down, I've had the exact same experience.

It's not the blade, some models' motors are just not strong enough sadly

If this blade was included as part of the mower I purchased, I would have been content. Without this blade, I was quite ticked off that I had to mow a second time to hopefully have an even lawn. I was just implying that this blade works well and would be interesting to know why people don't like what I wrote but, meh...
I have used Ego products for more than 10 years and have at least six batteries, from 2.5Ah to 7.5Ah. They are great when they work but their life spans are pretty short, especially the batteries. As of today, only two of the six batteries still work. My Ego hedge trimmer crapped after a year or so and dealing with the recall on it is too much of a hassle. If I start new, I might go with DeWalt, mainly because of their battery ecosystem.

Well, it seems this is not compatible with Ego's Select Cut mowers--particularly the LM2135SP. Buyer be ware.

The correct part number if you have a newer Ego "Select Cut" mower is AB2102D.

Anyone one know if this blade fits any of the Greenworks 21" models ( I have the Greenworks 60V 21" Self-Propelled Cordless Lawn Mower is MO60L424)...or know of a website that offers a brand/model compatibility chart? TIA!
