The Blink Outdoor 4 and Battery Doorbell 2K+ comes with a 30-day free trial of a Blink Subscription Plan. After that, you'll need a subscription to use cloud video storage and advanced features like person detection and motion alerts.
However, you can use local storage with the included Sync Module Core and a MicroSD card to back up clips without a subscription.
Edit: When I'm reviewing historic data, delays are just fine.
The app can be configured to ring your existing door bell's chime.
