I purchased this from WOOT! refurbished a couple years ago. Works fine. App is also decent and without issues. Also, this has a rebate in my zip code for $50. "Rebates starting at $50 available from energy providers for 53916. Terms apply." Good deal gets better!

I've used several of these and like them... and yes, you need a C wire... but I'm waiting on a deal for this newer model (hopefully during Prime Day), which includes a voucher for a Honeywell Home C-Wire Adapter by mail at no cost in case you don't have one.

Ditched the Nest and got this one. Works fine but I hate that I can't just set a range or whatever, I have to switch between cool and heat which where I live, we have a few months out of the year where we use both

I have one and really enjoy it. You can change colors and the best part is you can password protect it and set the lowest temp wherever you want. It stopped my kids from setting it at 67 while we were on vacation, instead they were limited to a low of 74. I didn't have this before and it cost us $1000 for a months electricity bill.

It was offered with a rebate. This thing is not worth $100 or even $80 without a rebate.

Its touch screen is really messed up. I have to press multiple times for it to register an event. Even a resistive touch screen is more sensitive.
