Extremely mixed reviews for using this as a refrigerator. Freezer is generally good. My in laws own this unit and confirm using this as a fridge does not keep ideal temperatures no matter what non-freezing temperature setting you have it on

I want to use it as a freezer but the reviews about the glass shelves worry me, as we regularly buy half cows and that's a lot of weight for shelves like that
