I know is over double the price, but the MX-7 has better performance in several areas while still maintaining non-conductivity. That said, we're still talking under $8.

This is an excellent product for the price!

As long as you have isopropyl alcohol to clean the old paste you're good

Always a good idea to have a tube on stand by just in case you start noticing temperature spikes with no other good reason identifiable. Cheaper than replacing your CPU.

Good paste for laptop repaste. Just clean old paste properly with isopropyl alcohol before applying works well for most users.

What is the point of a bit cooler?

I still have old 10yr pc with default paste so its not about longevity...Is it just for overcloking? or maybe if you aircool the top cpu or have cheap cooler?

Double the price for just a bit cooler?!

Keeping your PC cooler won't keep your room cooler, if anything it will let the PC push the hardware hardware and produce more heat.

It is not bad but basic product, If you are planning to spend an hour to disassemble and assemble your laptop, do yourself a favor and invest extra $5 in better product.
