Is this a decent brand? Seems like a good price for the Wh , but is it accurate? Build quality? Curious if anyone has real world experience as opposed to paid shills

The Oukitel name has been around for a while. I used to have an Oukitel phone I'm thinking maybe 10ish years ago so for at least that long but I remember them as primarily a cell phone company so don't know how long they've been building power stations. The price is very good and along the lines with the better (not best) deals I've seen on SD at just 22 cents per Wh. The main thing that's going to deter people from buying this is it's size. The price per Wh is really good but it's still over $1100 & that's a lot of money and a unit larger than most people will need. Another power station right now that's 22 cents per Wh is the Oupes Exodus 2400, but it's a more stomachable $499 for 2232wH, which is still a substantial amount of power and more than enough for most people. At one point it was even cheaper at 19 cents per Wh but no longer available at that price.

That's the first thing I looked for. Anything with 240v is double this price.

Expect shipping from wellbots to take around 18 days! It's ridiculous. Never again. I had heard wellbots shipping was slow but I had no idea it was around 3 weeks shipping, slow.

I bought one a couple years ago when they were double the price. I definitely do not recommend this brand. It went out in less than 1 year. Customer service Oukitel are horrible. They would take weeks to respond and stop responding until I got Wellbots involved. After I reached out to Wellbots, the responded the following day. Finally they gave me a shipping lable to send then the old one. And I made sure I told pics and videos of the unit before boxing and after boxing. After they received it. It took them over 10 days to finally respond and they sent me a pic of the item damaged and said i dropped it. So i repsonded and asked if they are 100% sure it didn't happen from shipping and they said the box arrived undamaged and the damages was caused by me prior shipping. So before I shipped it to them they asked for a video of the issues it was having and in the video it clearly shows no damages. And since they said it wasn't damaged from shipping, I send then the video of the testing they had me perform and it clearly shows no damages. Then the ghosting began again. Keep sending them emaisl for a few weeks with no response so i had to reach out to Wellbots again and they finally responded and sent me another one. So it took over 4 months to get it warranty. And if it wasn't for Wellbots I would have not receive a replacement and I might not even have received my old one back. So i would definitely stay away from this brand. Just my 2 cents. I also convinced my coworker to buy one at the same time I bought mines and his has been broken for over a year now and still have not gotten it warranty. He gave up and no its just sitting there collecting dust.
