Great deal for the Plus filters! Definitely not a scam! When you test water with filter and without filter, the results are significantly better!

To be fair, this YouTuber has almost 4 million subscribers, and his reviews are scientifically based. On the other hand, using a filter is much more economical than buying bottled water, cuz I ain't drinking from the tap! Bruh!

Did you call Project Farm a "random YouTuber"? I just linked the end of the video, but if you watch it I'm sure your opinion might change.

From my unscientific casual observation, I see that my brita jugs get yellow sediment at bottom even after I have replaced new filters. But, I have been using brita for several years. Whereas, I also got zero water jug with a filter jus6 few years ago, and there is zero layer or residue of anything even through I am still using the same filter after considerable use over the years.

I usually first have tap water in Brita, and then I pour brita water into Zer water gallon jug for double filtration. That might have also helped with zero filter extensive life. After reading here, I think I will just get rid of brita and use zero for possibly double filtration

I scanned within the video for the results so I did not watch the entire thing, but it looks like Brita was not dead last or even middle of the pack. Maybe not the best, but it seems like it's functional.

He was testing the standard Brita filter, not these.

Actually from his link and what is shown in the video, it is the blue brita elite filter which is their highest tier / most expensive one. Supposed to be better than the brita plus in this deal which is alarming.

Just bought the XL size for sure it tastes better and gets the strong chlorine smell out, coffee tastes so much better. Thanks OP ordered.

I live in NY where the water is supposedly very good. I still use a Brita pitcher just as an extra precaution. I've taken to use Kirkland brand filters after I saw a side by side comparison with Brita (originals) where the results were exactly the same. The Kirklands fit the pitcher perfectly, are made in England and are always available on ebay in multi-packs for a much cheaper net cost per filter.
