I've been using simulated sinewave ups's for a long time with all sorts of computer and networking equipment and never had an issue because of that. sure, they may be better, but in most cases totally useless difference.
This is a darn good deal!

Just checked earlier this week. Dang. Now they'll probably be OOS by the time I go again.
Both are still going strong, but I wanted to grab one a fresh one 'just in case', anticipating one will finally bite the dust within the next 1-3 years.

One caveat with replacing batteries - the warranty doesn't extend when you do that. Obviously, this is a case-by-case situation, but just something to be aware of.
That said, I replace batteries whenever possible... I have some ancient UPSes still running without issue otherwise... but I won't get warranty coverage if something goes haywire.
Years ago, there was a bad electrical storm and my CyberPower UPS completely failed to protect from the power surge. Came home and found the scorched cover burned off a powered HDMI splitter I had. Ruined my Playstation 3 as well. They denied the claim after I sent in the equipment saying everything was tested and operating "as designed". What a crock, I guess I'm just lucky my house didn't burn down
