Ordered x4 bottles as my big bottle ran out. Used to buy them for same price at Winco. I love the vinegar flavor and could care less about the two types of gum in it (@ctcsd)... that's like saying msg is bad for you.

This is my favorite daily driver particularly for starchy foods like sicialian pizza, potatoes or pierogis, etc. Its not very hot, even less so than franks. Its got a serious vinegar tang. I find it to be superior to louisiana or crystal. Due to its lack of heat you can really load it on, I find myself blowing through bottles of this, and typically go with the 32oz bottles instead. Great for when you dont quite need or want a more concentrated punch like OG tabasco or any manner of specialty/boutique sauces. Its a great fit for when youre craving that bit of acidity in addition to the (mild) heat. Certainly its not for every occasion, and if youre expecting a punch in the taste buds and chest, this is surely not what youre looking for. But Ive got half a pantry dedicated to literally hundreds of bottles of hot sauce of every type and style, when I'm in the mood to test my limits, ive got it covered. I even dabble in making my own sauces from peppers right out of the garden, I grow everything from tabasco to scotch bonnets, to ghost and carolina reapers. But I digress....
For an inexpensive hot sauce for casual daily use, I'm 50/50 between this and original tabasco, depending on what it's going on. I'll always keep this one in stock.
