Damn-it, bought them at the $40 price last week.

These are fine, I think this is a very good price for the quality. They sound very similar to my trusty Sony Link Bud S, but my friends have told me they don't sound as good for my voice on phone calls. For music though they were hard to differentiate, with these having a little more bass to them.
