Street Fighter 6 Years 1 to 2 Fighters Edition bundles the base game with two years of DLC, and the package is strongest for players who want a full fighting game roster and extras at a low entry price. The character creator is described as very flexible, and the open world campaign is called surprisingly fun. The main drawback is that the game uses paid character DLC, with no easy in game unlock path, and the key card format requires an internet download before play. The deal also appears to have expired at some stores, so timing matters.
The character creator offers very flexible options for customizing fighters.
The campaign can feel surprisingly fun for a fighting game because it uses an open-world approach.
The package price around $30 can be a good value when it includes the base game plus two years of DLC.
The Year 1-2 Fighters Edition can include Year 1 and Year 2 DLC, which is described as the best bundle approach so far.
Playing the key-card version reportedly requires a long internet download, which can take about 72 hours without connectivity.
The discount strategy can leave other DLC years undiscounted, which can force full-price purchases for additional content.
The game reportedly uses paid character DLC only, which can limit character access compared with in-game currency unlocking.
The advertised deal price may have expired, with stores and online listings reportedly showing $60 instead.

I feel like it's kind of pointless to buy now. If you are a fan you probably bought it day 1 or close to day 1. If you are a casual, you might as well wait until there's a sale that includes everything. Just be prepared to wait a few years for that deal.
