50% back in rewards.
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR THOSE WHO ORDERED ON SUNDAY!!! DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER!!!
I emailed the Staples customer support. For all orders placed on 6/21, Staples will honor 100% back in reward points up to $100. Just need to email them after you receive the order if you are not getting correct reward points. Here is reply from Staples customer support:

We apologize for any confusion. Let me clarify!
On Sunday, June 21, the Logitech Rewards offer was incorrectly displayed as "100% back in points," while the correct promotion is "50% back in points." We promptly updated the offer details; however, we observed that a significant number of customers placed orders on the same day the promotion was launched.
We will honor the originally advertised offer for all orders placed on June 21. Orders placed from 06/22 through 06/27 will receive the correct promotion of 50% back in points, in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.
Points will follow the standard posting timeframe. Once they've posted, if any are missing, please reply to this email and we'll be happy to review and make any necessary adjustments.
Thank you,

The 100% back was an error. It is now 50%. I contacted them and cancelled my order. Hope the cancellation goes through before it ships.
if you screenshot the offer as 100%, they would have to honor it. so if you have that backup, DO NOT CANCEL your order, just contact them after the fact, if they don't make it right, open a CC dispute for the difference as you have the proof.

Opening a credit card dispute will just get you a lifetime ban from Staples and is just wrong and stealing. If they don't honor the deal, the correct thing to do is return it, not steal.

That's really 100% incorrect. Everyone, in good faith, thought it was a 100% back in rewards offer. If a price is advertised on a website and you purchase the item based on that price, they do have to honor it. That's how it works. They can't after the fact change the offer on you. I could see if this was clearly a price mistake, with them selling a MAC Laptop for $93 instead of $930 and they cancel the orders. But 100% back in Staples Rewards offers are commonplace. If you'll recall they offer 100% back on Scotch this week, batteries, KCUPS, even luggage last year. So there would be no reason to think it isn't possible.
You have a lot of nerve saying that's stealing. if Staples made an error and now you're faced with the hassle from their mistake, it is on them. No different than when Amazon shows you are getting two cases of drinks on their product page and they really only meant 1 and they ship you 1, but you have the proof they advertised it as 2.
Sure you can return it if you want, but legally you are entitled to what was advertised when you made the purchase.
And if you read what I wrote, I said a CC dispute is a last resort after contacting them with your back up that you purchased with the 100% offer clearly displayed. Typically they will make it right.
finally Staples can't ban you from disputing 50% of a charge (assuming you got 50% back in rewards), you have every legal right to make a dispute. Are they going to ban you if you bought something and you never received it and it wasn't shipped but they still hit your CC?
If the credit card company has to follow the law, and decides in your favor after documented proof, so does Staples. You haven't scammed them, you've simply asked for what was advertised when you made the purchase. There's a big difference!
I submitted missing points tickets. I received below msg
There was a system error affecting the "100% back in points on all Logitech products" promotion, causing it to be read as 50% instead of the full amount. This issue has already been investigated, and our team is actively reviewing all affected orders. Rest assured that you will receive the correct points.

PEOPLE DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDERS who ordered on SUNDAY. you will get 100% of the points.
Has anyone tried both the Vertical MX and the cheaper Vertical Lift and how do they compare? I like that the MX is bigger but read a button often breaks within a year.

I'm sure they are or will be getting many complaints on this screwed up situation.
