Might just order another bunch of one size up just to be sure.

They are the same ones, yes. I've bought some from the previous link and this one. These run a smidge larger but I still wear the same size.

These are great shorts at the price. As someone who WFH, I wear these every single day.

Good deal. I bought these last year when only gray was available, wondering if I'd like, if not I'd return, and I ended up loving them. Comfortable fabric/weave with this poly/elastane mix, stretchy, deep pockets that are big enough to hold a large phone without fear of it slipping out of pocket, but also aren't stupidly large that go beyond the shorts themselves. I tried so many other polyester and cotton shorts over the years, and this type has been my favorite.

As others have said, feels close to premium brands like my Lululemons, some other generics bought bulk that are $30/pair, and Vuoris.

I use these for lounging and going to the gym.

I saw these in store at the warehouse the maybe 2 weeks ago and bought one of each color here. These were OOS when I looked online looking for a sale like this and looks like they're here, so I'm stocking up on 5 more pairs.

As far as sizing goes, I work out a lot, 5'10" with THICK legs as a powerlifter at 190lbs, and mediums work well for me. I usually buy size 31-32 waist size pants.
