Nothing "great deal" about it, given no reviews.

Also a little concerning the only thing questions or replies on this page is two entries asking if this is even a real deal Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

You will be billed another 45% + fees by FedEx for the tariff on e-bikes shipping from China.

Reading the entire post would allow you to post something more accurate.

That's a good thing. Rear shocks just absorb your pedaling energy, like walking on a trampoline, forcing you to pedal twice as hard for the same output.

Probably not. Most places have a 750 watt limit and 20mph max speed.

On your own property or out in the desert, but not on public streets or bike paths.

Haha! Pedaling energy! You think anyone is going to pedal this e-moped and provide any motive force? With the totally non-adjustable, fixed-position seat? Have you ever ridden a bike and NOT adjusted the seat? This thing would be a nightmare to pedal if the battery is dead. Walking it is likely more efficient.
Those pedals are there to let this meet the barest illusion for being a class3 ebike, which is "throttle doesn't work above 20mph, but motor can operate at up to 28mph while operator is pedalling." They are a "not-throttle" way of engaging the motor. But since the very geometry of the bike prevents pedaling from contributing any propulsion, it is effectively a foot throttle.
And full-suspension bikes are a thing now. And they work fine, especially if they have an adjustable airshock.
