This mouse cannot be used while its charging, the charging port is located ON THE BOTTOM of the mouse. You literally have to flip it upside-down to charge it, rendering it useless while charging.
Its crazy I know.
Whats even crazier are the people designing 3d printed "work arounds" that mount the mouse on a housing so you can plug in a 90 degree usb-c adapter to it so you can still use it while its charging.

Yeah, they should've just put the port on the front so you could use it wired while charging. I treat my Magic Keyboard and Trackpad the same way, but at least those don't move with use and they can be left plugged in to charge while in use. $60 is an okay deal, but there are so many people who buy these and have the regret (doesn't fit their hand, need something with more buttons, etc.) or new iMac users who don't want their included mouse... I can usually buy a new open-box one on eBay dirt cheap. Case in point, I (finally) upgraded to the USB-C version a few weeks ago new open-box on eBay for $25 all in. Now that's honestly the better way to do it I think as it's definitely worth $25 to me to have a mouse for when I need a trackpad break or certain tasks that work better with a mouse. It can do Expose and swiping and stuff too (not as well as the trackpad of course) but it is definitely serviceable once you get used to it.
