I replaced all the traditional wall switches at my parents' house with these (well, this model, the three-way switch model, and the non-dimming one for those connected to ceiling lamps that don't play nice with dimmers).
Solid alternative for anyone that likes the concept of smart lighting, but doesn't want to get hooked into an ecosystem like Hue, or simply isn't interested in all the fancy colors and such that those offer.
Definitely takes a lot more effort to convert a whole home than just swapping in smart bulbs, especially if your home happens to have a lot of switches (my folks' place had over 40!); but switches also generally have a much longer life span than bulbs, and being able to keep using regular bulbs makes the concept much more palatable to the tech-shy. This way, my folks don't have to know anything about how it works behind the scenes, and can simply tell Google what to do (I also loaded the place up with Google/Nest speakers). So far, they really like it.

Yes. You need a line, load, ground, and neutral.

Love these. Replaced all of my light switches with these when I was re-wiring my house.

I have this and a bunch of the regular on/off switches. They've been very reliable, easy to recommend especially for the price.

The deal is for the one pack, even though the photo is the 2 pack.

Yes, you can combine them in TAPO app. But if you are using TAPO H500, I do not think KASA can connect to it. At least my Kasa camera won't link to that.

I've switched a lot of my lights over to these. They work well with Home Assistant.
