Does anyone think Prime Deal will take it lower than 69.99?

The price is good. But be aware this does not use USB-C for charging. It's a magnetic 2-pin connector to ensure it's waterproof.

I actually prefer the magnetic connector, thank you.

Win for it being waterproof though

Caveat Emptor: don't expect much after warranty is up.

Long time supporter of the brand here (back to when they were called "Aftershokz"). Been singing them praises for the 5 years I've owned pairs and gifted 3 others.

My own set, Openrun Pro, just faulted. It's not entirely useable in its current state. PITA to turn on and off. The set is 3 years old. Best customer support could do was to offer me a discount on full price purchases that doesn't even beat their current Prime Day Sale... told me once it's out of warranty, their hands are tied. No repair options. No exchange program. No rebate of significance, imho.

To their credit, CS was responsive - just unable to do much in the way of satisfying a legitimate concern with the product after the set was out of warranty.

I have the SE. Its ok. I use it primarily for work and listening to music while being aware of surroundings. It does have a magnetic connector but the usb-call version is better primarily because it has a rubber cap to keep water out and I don't need a proprietary cable to lose eventually. Otherwise the sound is ok but doesn't get loud enough when running.

I have both the open run and the open run 2 pro, the sound difference is minor, maybe about 7-10% better with the pro version. The speakers on the pro 2 are flatter and more square, they rest easier on the area in front of your ear, but the open run version are comfortable, just a minor difference. The biggest reason I say go with the pro 2 version is the charging port. This version uses a proprietary charging cord that has a magnetic attachment point. If you lose it you'll have to order another via ebay or amazon. I now have 3 of them because I misplaced it, ordered another, then found the original. The Open run 2 pro has a universal C charging port.
I love this brand, I use them for walking, jogging, working out, biking. I love that you can still hear when using them, I also love that they don't get drenched in sweat. Be aware since they aren't in your ear canal, they won't be as loud as ear buds but they won't eventually cause you to go deaf either.

My Aeroplex just died after about 5 years. it still charges but the power button doesn't work.. needs to be turned on by charging it to turn on. I used and abused them on many outdoor runs, half and full marathons.. I feel like I got my money's worth. I just picked up a new pair in this thread.
