I bought and returned it. It's on the firmer side but that wasn't an issue. Mine started pilling after 2 weeks.

By the look of the pics and reviews the brown and gray color is the one that has the pilling issues the beige seems to be a new color that replaced the previous problematic fabrics at least that's what I'm hoping since this is a bargain.
