I use this product and that's a great price. These things are normally over $4 per bottle. I checked mine and these things are shelf stable, no expiration or best by date.

The final ratio needs to be at least 60%. Unfortunately the hand sanitizer manufacturers can legally source alcohol cheaper than you can.
