Not sure why the down votes. HD did have this for $269 with a 5ah XR battery, could be "hacked" down to $208+tax, again with a battery and charger. So without the battery and charger $159 seems like a legit deal for this extremely useful and powerful 3/8". Works very well around the car.

This is a really good product at a really good price. Downvoters must be confused.

This has a much smaller and lighter profile than full sized impact wrenches, yet can do 95%+ of jobs. I almost never pull out the bigger ones.

Keep in mind that this is 3/8, not 1/2, so if you commit to it, you will also need a set of 3/8 impact sockets. I have the gearwrench set and it's been fantastic.

I agree the price is good. The seller is not an authorized Milwaukee dealer so keep that in mind.

This will get the same push back as the last deal post from this 3rd party seller through Walmart - not listed as an authorized dealer, reviews for supposedly shipped fakes/used or never received item. I still think those concerns are on the fringe. It's fulfilled through Walmart and listed as available for 90 day returns. Seller's rating is 4.7, which is on the high end for 3rd party on Walmart. That doesn't mean you could still catch issues, but my guess is it's less likely than other 3rd party sellers. I went ahead and grabbed one, so I'll update if I eat my words.

Authorized reseller doesn't matter. Warranty is based of serial number

Call me crazy but the 3/8 has always been the preferred version. Who is realistically using sockets larger than 24mm on a gun rated at 550. They also sell the low profile adapter sleeves.

It does matter. If you buy from an authorized seller, the warranty timeframe is based on when you bought it. If not, and if you do receive a legitimate product, the warranty is based on when it was made, but since the sourcing of the product is suspect, you have no idea how long it's been sitting in some warehouse, in customs (perhaps in various countries), or on ships being sent from one country to another to another, and that warranty may already be expired or close to it. You just never really know.

The seller's address, if its even legitimate, is a single family home in Maryland. That's sketchy as hell for a tool dealer.
