This is not the kind of magnesium you want this is magnesium oxide, and what you want is magnesium glycinate, which has substantially more bioavailability.

This is magnesium oxide, can cause diarrhea, or help with constipation.
There are at least 7 different forms of Magnesium used in supplements.
Glycinate is favored for sleep, stress, and absorption.
