Mixed reviews on item (19% are 1-star). Mixed reviews on the seller. Some of y'all like to gamble and deal with returns more than I do.
They include tools, but only one hex wrench in each size and you really need two the same size to tighten up the matching bolts that secure the adjustable handlebar mount to the head/fork. Fortunately I had a second one, and most people probably will (if not you can get one at Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, etc.).
I chose it over others because it folds and looks more like a "traditional" bike than a lot of other e-bikes. Looks may not matter to others, but it was part of my buying decision. The fenders are a bit hokey (they do work though), but that seems to be the case on many/most of these bikes. I'm 6'2" with a 32" inseam and it fits me well. You can adjust the seat height, height and rotation of the handlebars -- which I still need to do a little more of to fine-tune to my liking -- so it should work for many others of various heights. The seat was a bit small/hard for me so I'll likely replace it, but it will probably work fine for others. It is a bit hefty to lift in and out of the back of my Expedition by myself with the battery and front wheel installed...both of which can be removed/installed quickly if you want to save some weight to make it easier to handle when folded.
And while I was impressed with the packaging, the fit, finish and quality overall, what impressed me the most was how it rides and performs. Without power it feels much like a typical similar class bike. With power, pedal assist works great. And using the power alone without pedaling I was hitting 22 MPH max. Impressive that it was even faster than they say, and it seems like the range should be around what they claim too (haven't checked on that all the way yet, but based on how far/long I rode with power the math adds up).
Unfortunately Walmart won't price match for third party sellers, otherwise I would be EXTRA happy getting them for $332. $419.99 was already a good deal compared to others with similar or even worse specs, and at $332 its an excellent deal that I don't think anyone will be disappointed with! Seller seemed fine but I didn't have any issues so can't speak to needing support or returns.
My dad liked it too but ended up buying this one instead because he prefers fat tires and didn't need it to fold. I rode his last night and it definitely feels heavier when pedaling without power (at about 65 versus 50 pounds) and it only hit 30 MPH max even though they claim more. It's quite a bit more expensive, though it should have much more range since the battery has twice the capacity, it has a nice phone mount with USB charging port, a nicer headlight and rear rack. For those who just want to "cruise" his is probably a good choice. For those who prefer more "traditional" looks and feel, and especially the ability to fold, I think the Gocio is a better choice (and excellent value, especially at $332!): https://slickdeals.net/f/19639641-eoeotwo-1500w-fat-tire-electric-bike-26-x4-0-all-terrain-e-bike-48v-long-range-34mph-top-speed-red-517-free-shipping?src=SD

Multiple recent reviews about the seller being unreachable for support.
Still seems like a gamble.
Glad it worked out well for you though 👍

"I bought two of these for $419.99 each about a month ago. Purchased on Walmart.com, sold and shipped by Loerystore."

That said, I work for a large company that sells online and I help manage our reviews. The amount of negative reviews we see come through that aren't entirely factual and/or are the fault of the user is much higher than most would expect...especially compared to how many units we sell and how many people have a positive experience but never leave a review. The difference is we actively manage and address them, while many of these sellers do not. So it may seem a like a gamble to you, but knowing what I know, it didn't to me...and yes, it worked out well. As it will for most, and for those it doesn't, Walmart and/or your credit card company will take care of it.
EDIT: It's always funny to me when someone who has never even seen a product in person before or bought from a particular seller -- who likely had no interest in buying the product at all -- posts their unsolicited opinion online because they think they know more or better than someone who actually has (then rage thumbs down all my posts because they don't like that I do actually know more and better based on firsthand experience 😂)!
I didn't TD any of your comments. I welcome your first hand review.
But it is one review. And you didn't need to contact support...
Which is why multiple/aggregated reviews are helpful ...and a seller with 1/4 reviews being 1-star is questionable.
I added more info. If people don't find it useful, fine. If they like to know it and still choose to order, fine. I don't have any personal interest in the sales for this item. I often am interested in deals and then dive a little deeper than OP seemingly did and report my findings to the community. That's it. The entire comments section is "unsolicited". ...that's how forums work.
