Now I don't touch my barbell outside of leg day at all. I love how deep you can get with this without having to worry about a bar hitting your chest, and the range of motion feels much more natural than traditional bench presses.
Pro-tip: put the bench down into the incline position, raise the arm stops to about the 5-6 peg, and you have a shoulder press machine as well.
