In the 80's and 90's you would hear a high voltage snap in the local dive bar and you could smell the ozone in the air.. Nowdays we dont directly feed ozone to living things, but we did spend a lot of effort trying to stop ozone at the poles.. A whole lot of needless regulation even then..
If you are buying a house or car to flipp this is a cheap way to get the treatment you had to pay or rent in the day.. SHOOT $20 and it gets rid of the puke smell in the car is worth it..
