SAUTOYI8 still seems to work. If you're using the Amazon app you might be missing the step of tapping on the arrow that appears in the promo code box to apply the code (before tapping the Continue button).

I bought this and it never worked properly. Sometimes it stayed open, sometimes it didn't open, sometimes it opened when there was no person in the bathroom. I think it is powered by a rebel AI and it wants to work parttime or no working at all. Idk 🤷🏻

Same experience here. Not opening when I want and opening without command. It makes more sense to me to have a foot pedal because my hands may be full when trying to dump.
